The Ruling on Using the Word ( خذا) In Referring to Allah – Shaikh Abdul-Muhsin al-‘Abbad

Question: Many people in my land use the word ( خذا), that is, Allah in Farsi. For example, they say: Oh ( خذا)  provide for me. Is it allowed to use this word to refer to Allah?

Answer: “Those who use the word ( خذا) know the name Allah and are not ignorant of it. It is upon them to call Allah by His names. The most clear, well-known, and specific of His names is Allah, which the other names follow. As comes in the Quran, the name Allah comes as the subject and the other as a predicate”.
