The Ruling on Going to Court to Obtain One’s Right – Shaikh al-Albani

Question: If two people dispute, is it allowed for one of them to raise the issue to a court from the courts of the disbelievers in order to get his right, which it is not possible to take back except by that?

Answer: “If he believes that the judge to whom this issue is raised will not oppose the Legislation (of Islam), then it is allowed for him to do that. Otherwise no”.
