Are the Muslims Living in the West Who Have a Corrupted Aqeedah Excused Due to their Ignorance? – Shaikh Salih al-Fawzaan

Question: Are the Muslims in the West excused for their ignorance if their Aqeedah is corrupted, knowing that there are no Scholars in the West?

Answer: “There is no excuse for ignorance for the one who finds one who can teach him. Scholars are spread, and all Praise is due to Allah, in the West and in the East. Through the media, and all praise is due to Allah, Da’wah to Allah is broadcasted and the correct Aqeedah is clarified. Shirk and the things that corrupt the Aqeedah have ceased, and likewise the books have spread. So there does not remain an excuse. Allah has established the proof on the people of the earth. There does not remain an excuse except for the one who is cut off and nothing reaches him, nor does he hear anything, nor read anything. This is rare and the rare one does not have a ruling”.
