If he is forced to address one of them, like a female employee at the airport or in something [i.e. a situation] that he is going through, then he deals\u00a0with her according to the necessary limits without looking at her or indulging in speech with her. He only talks to her according to the need he has. It is not allowed to shake the hand of women and not to look at them.
