This is because those that allow it use as evidence what the Prophet (\ufdfa) did when he raced Aisha radiallah anha on some of his travels. May Allah reward you<\/p>\n<p><strong>Answer<\/strong>: &#8220;There is no preventative for a woman who is not pregnant.This is because the one who is pregnant may miscarry\u00a0her child and become sinful because of it. As for the woman who is not pregnant, then there is no harm for her to exercise with what does not remove her modesty and what does not resemble the disbelieving women. A woman does not jog in the first three circuits of the tawaf upon arrival. This is because she is awrah. This is also because the Prophet (\ufdfa) said:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u0625\u0630\u0627 \u062e\u0631\u062c\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0631\u0623\u0629 \u0627\u0633\u062a\u0634\u0631\u0641\u0647\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0634\u064a\u0637\u0627\u0646<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The woman is Awrah, so when she goes out, the Shaitan seeks to tempt her<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">[Reported by Tirmidhi no. 273 and graded <strong>Saheeh<\/strong> by al-Albani in al-Irwaa (1\/303)]<\/p>\n<p>Also if she is in front of\u00a0men and even if she is not training. If she is in front of\u00a0men, she does not exercise and does not show her limbs because she is awrah.
