My advice to\u00a0everyone whom Allah facilitated\u00a0to avoid fitnah and falling\u00a0into prohibited affairs, [is that] if\u00a0he is able to advise the one whom he can so that he does not fall into fitnah, and he knows this person to have evil and danger, than advising him is something desirable. As for what has occurred in France and in other than it, and the affair is not specific to France but to France and\u00a0other than it from the Muslim lands and the lands of disbelief. In each of them\u00a0occur these bombings by\u00a0people whom there is no good in them, especially them ascribing to Islam. Verily this\u00a0is an evil and a calamity.
