Question: What is the ruling on giving a disbeliever the translated meaning of the Quran and its Tafseer hoping for him to accept Islam?
Answer: “If it exists with solely the meaning, then there is no harm. As for the Quran which is the Mushaf, then is not possible to do so except if a person shows him it. Meaning that he invites him to his house and presents the Mushaf to him and explains its meanings. There is no harm in this because it is not feared in this situation that a disbeliever may debase the Speech of Allah, the Exalted. As for giving him solely the meaning, then there is no blame”
