The Ruling on a Restaurant Selling Food to Muslims or Disbelievers During the Daytime of Ramadan – Shaikh Abdul-Muhsin al-‘Abbaad

Question: There is a Muslim owner of a restaurant in France. Is it allowed for him to sell inside it during the day time of Ramadan, whether it is to a Muslim or a disbeliever?

Answer: “It is not allowed for a Muslim to sell food in the daytime of Ramadan.  Not to Muslims nor disbelievers”.
