Question: What is the ruling on establishing Qur’an classes and classes of Knowledge at Fajr time on Fridays?
Answer: “We do not see in this any harm as long as it does not restrict the congregants. As for the prohibition of having circles of knowledge on Friday, then this is if it restricts the people. At the time of the Prophet (ﷺ) , they [the Companions] used to come early; in the first hour. As for the masjid in which the people do not come except when the Imam arrives, then there is no difference between Friday or other than that”
