Question: “We are a group of female teachers. When we sit in the teachers office, we say: so and so was weak and so and so from the students was good today. Is this considered backbiting?
Answer: “This is not considered backbiting because the intent of that is not to insult the students; however, the intent is to clarify the condition of the students. So that the weak student can receive attention from the teachers and the energetic, strong student can be honored by them. So there is no harm in clarifying the condition of the people for benefit”.
