Question: The German government gives a specific amount of money to the one who has children or a pregnant woman until she gives birth as a form of human rights. Is this action legislated and is it allowed to take this?
Answer: “There is no harm in this. As for it being legislated, then the Prophet (ﷺ) did not do this; however, he did not have. So there is no harm in this, for you to take it. There is nothing upon you inshallah”.
