Question: What is the ruling on using teaching aids, such as video, cinema and other than them to teach Shariah material like Fiqh, Tafsir, and other than it from the Shariah knowledge? Is this prohibited in the Shariah? Please provide us with the verdict, may Allah reward you.
Answer: That which I see is that it is not allowed because it is necessary for it to be accompanied by pictures and pictures are haram. There is no necessity that calls for it. ANd Allah knows best.
