Question: In this time period, we make ablution from the tap. We turn the faucet and open the tap. If we leave the water running until we complete the ablution, is it considered from extravagance?
Answer: “It is not extravagance. However, it is necessary a person does not open the tap fully, but open it to a moderate level. So that the a large amount of water is not wasted. If a person opened the tap fully or until the end a large amount of water will run. If he opens it to a moderate level which he can use and which a large amount of water [is not wasted], then this is what is necessary”.
