Questioner: Is it allowed for a Muslim to partner with a Christian in an organization or company or in any project?
Shaikh: “The answer is it is allowed with the condition that the company is established upon the Islamic Legislation. I believe that [when] a Muslim partners with another Muslim today in most companies, [then these companies] are not established upon the Islamic Legislation. So what do you think if his business partner is a non-Muslim?”
